I never planned on building a digital marketing agency. It all started with something much simpler: designing websites.
When I first discovered WordPress, I fell in love with the idea of turning a blank page into something a business could call its own.
But as I worked with different clients, I realized a beautiful website was only one part of the story. Every business had its own personality, its own challenges, and its own reasons for starting. Yet so many ended up looking and sounding exactly alike.
My first venture, Trustle Solutions, was my crash course in running an agency. It's where I learned how to work with clients, how to navigate the hard days, and, eventually, what kind of company I wanted to build.
I didn't want to finish a project, hand it over, and move on. I wanted to understand the people behind the businesses, hear their stories, and create something that genuinely reflected who they were.
That's how Caela & Co. began. What started with WordPress design grew into custom website development, social media management, email marketing, and virtual assistant support.
Our services have expanded, but the reason behind what we do hasn't changed. Good business relationships shouldn't end when a project does. They grow through trust, honest conversations, and the willingness to support one another along the way.
I'm probably sketching a homepage, answering a client's question, or dreaming up ways to help small businesses sound like themselves online.
